Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Assistant to support the Operations Department. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and eager to contribute to the efficient running of daily warehouse and logistics activities. A strong team player with good communication skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards in all tasks will thrive in this role.
Job Responsabilities
- Support Warehouse daily multimodal logistics operations, including warehouse management, documentation, trucking, and freight forwarding.
- Operate logistics systems such as INFOX, WMS, TMS, and IRIS4 as required.
- Assist in vendor performance monitoring to ensure SOP compliance and high KPI standards
- Collaborate effectively with the team, share task updates with the supervisor, and provide support to ensure smooth operations.
Requisitos
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations or a related field.
- Based in Colón Province, Panama.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Own transportation required.
