Responsibilities:

• Sales & Marketing Support
  • Support Sales and Marketing teams with performance tracking, planning, and reporting.
  • Support in enhancing marketing activities and brand promotion.
  • Assist in commercial analysis and follow-up of regional performance in terms of marketing activities.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve targets in the CSA region.
  • Coordinate with global and regional teams to ensure alignment and support
• Data, Excel & Process Optimization
  • Develop and maintain advanced Excel dashboards and automated reports.
  • Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and data reliability.

Requisitos

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data analytics or related field

• Age: 25-35 years old.
• 3~5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of Sales and Marketing processes.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, Power Query; dashboards).
• Experience working with data, reporting, and process improvement.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive and structured working style.
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus (not mandatory).
• All nationalities are welcome, with valid working permits.
• English proficiency is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Driver's License is required.
• Occasional capability to travel (up to 2 times per month and expenses covered by the company).
• Up to date passport

Desirable skills:

• Digital marketing (youtube/ webapps, Instagram, etc)
• Automotive experience is better to have, but not mandatory
