Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and friendly customer service at the branch counter.

  • Complete the car rental process, including contract preparation, vehicle inspection, and explanation of terms and conditions.

  • Advise customers on different available vehicle models and their features.

  • Manage reservations and follow up with customers to ensure a satisfactory rental experience.

  • Resolve inquiries, complaints, or issues efficiently and courteously.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure vehicle availability and cleanliness.


Requisitos

  • Previous customer service experience.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented and able to work accurately.

  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.

  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.

  • English proficiency (Intermediate/Advanced)
