We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support our operations in Panama. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, coordinating SEM visa applications and other immigration processes, tracking HR KPIs, and providing administrative support for marketing promoters’ payment submissions, along with other HR-related responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support.
- Visa Management: Coordinate SEM visa applications in Panama and support other immigration processes as needed. Serve as the main point of contact with legal advisors and relevant authorities.
- KPI Management: Support the design, definition, and setting of employee KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Calculate, track, and analyze employee performance KPIs.
- Marketing Payroll Support: Review and submit payment information for marketing promoters, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies. Support daily HR operations and administrative activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and best practices.
Requisitos
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR, with exposure to recruitment and administrative functions.
- Knowledge of SEM visa processes in Panama is highly desirable.
- Experience in KPI tracking and reporting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English; Chinese is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
