Iniciamos operaciones en Julio de 1959 en David, Chiriquí con 24 colaboradores, donde nacieron nuestras primeras marcas de cerveza Cristal y Panamá. Al transcurrir los años la compañía continuó innovando y en 1971 construimos nuestra planta de producción en la Ciudad de Panamá. Hoy contamos con 6 marcas y formamos parte del grupo cervecero más grande de Europa, y el de mayor presencia internacional, HEINEKEN. About the Program:
Our Global Graduate Program is a three-year development journey consisting of three rotations, each lasting six months, within the functional area: Commerce. Following these rotations, you will spend the final 18 months in a role within your home operating company in Panama, allowing you to further develop your skills and build long-term impact locally.

  • Rotation 1: Set off in the HEINEKEN operating company of application in Panamá. Here, you’ll gain a solid foundation in your specific function and an understanding of our operations, strategy, and culture.
  • Rotation 2: Continue in Panamá of application with a cross-functional assignment, widening your perspective and understanding of different business areas and how they interconnect.
  • Rotation 3: Broaden your horizons with an international assignment, enhancing your global mindset and cultural adaptability.
  • Landing Role: Now you’ve got all the tools, it’s time for you to apply what you’ve learnt in a management position within your country of application in Panamá. Every day will bring a chance to continue with your growth and development.

Requisitos

Criteria & Conditions

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required. A Master’s degree may be considered at the discretion of the Operating Company.
  • Work Experience: No specific previous work experience is required! but we are looking specifically for new graduates. That’s a maximum of 1-year post-graduation.
  • Languages: English language is essential, in addition to your local language requirements.
  • Work Rights: The right to work in the country of your program is essential.
  • Travel Flexibility: Global exploration can’t happen from home! We require all Explorers to be fully globally mobile.

How to Apply & the Selection Process

Application Submission:

  1. Upload your CV and cover letter through our application portal. Application period is from May 18th to May 31th. Carreras en HEINEKEN Panamá
  2. Online Assessments: take the online assessments. They will be based on situational behaviour scenarios, so no need to prepare anything in advance. A cognitive test is also part of the online assessment.
  3. Interviews: Upon completing the online assessments, we will be in touch to let you know if your application has been successful. You will then be invited for two interviews. We’re aiming to hold these around June.
  4. Assessment Centre:Then it’s time for the in-person assessment centre, where you will participate in various activities and evaluations. We’re planning this for June.
