We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our marketing strategy in the Republic Dominican market. This role will be responsible for driving brand growth, increasing market share, and strengthening product positioning through integrated marketing initiatives.
Role and Core Responsibilities
1. Define and Execute the Marketing Strategy
- Develop the annual marketing plan aligned with the brand’s commercial growth objectives in the Dominican Republic.
- Establish strategies for brand awareness, product positioning, communication campaigns, and engagement with the local market.
2. Market Research and Analysis
- Analyze consumer trends, customer behavior, and competitive movements to drive data-based strategic decisions.
- Conduct market research and segmentation studies to understand the preferences and needs of the Dominican Republic audience.
3. Integrated Campaign Planning and Management
- Design, coordinate, and oversee ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns to drive growth of Hisense products (TVs, home appliances, air conditioners, etc.).
- Coordinate with external agencies and creative teams for the production of advertisements, content, and multi-channel marketing materials.
- Adjust tactics based on KPI performance (e.g., promoter ROI, campaign reach, and digital engagement metrics).
4. Product Launches and Activations
- Plan and execute the launch of new products in the market (e.g., new television lineups).
- Coordinate launch events, promotional activities, point-of-sale activations, and trade shows.
- Ensure brand consistency and alignment of key messaging across all consumer touchpoints.
5. Commercial Channel and Digital Management
- Define digital strategies including social media, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, email marketing, marketplaces, and related channels.
- Collaborate with sales, trade marketing, and e-commerce teams to ensure strategies drive sell-through in retail and online channels.
6. Budget Management
- Allocate, control, and optimize the marketing budget to maximize return on investment.
- Ensure efficient use of resources across campaigns, media investments, and promotional activities.
7. Internal Coordination and Leadership
- Partner with internal departments such as sales, operations, customer service, and logistics to align business objectives.
- Lead, train, and motivate the local marketing team.
- Serve as a liaison between corporate/regional headquarters and the Dominican Republic market, as applicable within multinational organizations.
8. Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Track and measure campaign and strategy performance using key performance indicators.
- Prepare weekly reports for senior management.
- Develop action plans focused on continuous improvement based on performance metrics.
Requisitos
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within consumer electronics.
- Strong strategic planning and brand management experience.
- Proven track record managing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Solid analytical skills with experience interpreting KPIs and market data.
- Expertise in digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.
- Budget management experience with ROI-driven mindset.
- Strong understanding of retail performance metrics (sell-in, sell-out, inventory turnover).
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Fully bilingual, advanced English proficiency (preferred in multinational environments).
