We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Management Support Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the PLM and Category Manager in customer management, product operations, market research, and order coordination to ensure smooth business operations and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the PLM and Category Manager in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collect and organize customer profiles, communicate customer needs and complaints to the team promptly, and assist in providing timely solutions.
  • Support the product team in achieving targets, including:
    • Generating PI documents
    • Maintaining pricing in the VC system
    • Processing sales orders
    • Following up on production and shipments to ensure on-time delivery
    • Collecting, managing, tracking, and analyzing performance indicators
  • Conduct market research, collect and analyze data, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making by the PLM and Category Manager.
  • Manage product information, customer contracts, SOA documentation, and other assigned administrative or operational tasks.


Requisitos

Qualifications & Requirements

  • University graduate
  • Familiarity with BG and WG products is required
  • 3–5 years of relevant work experience preferred
  • Fluent in Chinese Mandarin with excellent English and Spanish communication and writing skills
  • Positive attitude and patient personality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage expectations
  • Detail-oriented mindset
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
