Panama Outsource Solutions is searching for a bilingual customer service agent support one of our customers at our back-office outsourcing center.

We are searching for a bilingual English/Spanish speaker who is detail oriented and a fast learner with strong customer service skills to join one of our established projects. The position involve answering customer service calls and emails in both English and Spanish. Prior Customer Service Experience required.

Client has strict policies around attendance and punctuality. Excellent attendance and punctuality is a MUST. Client operates a fast paced environment with strict metrics around handling time, availability, and productivity. Applicants should have experience working in this type of environment and feel comfortable with it.

The position will begin full time in person in our Obarrio office, close to the Via Argentina metro station. After the 90 day probationary period, work from may be offered if you meet company and client requirements. Work from home is a privilege and not guaranteed. Requirements:

Advanced English written and verbal skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must possess excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Must work well under pressure

Must be able to successfully multitask

Must be proficient in use of computers, the internet, and Microsoft based applications

Excellent attendance and punctuality


Beneficios

Salary: $ 900/month

Benefits:

Retention bonuses offered at 6 months ($250) and 1 year ($400).

Monday- Friday, US Daytime (8:30am-530pm US Central time. Shift changes with the US clock change)

Full Time- Permanent Contract
