We are a leading automotive company seeking a dynamic and proactive Service Assistant Manager to join its service department team for Central America, South America, and the Caribbean.
The Assistant Manager for Central America, South America, and the Caribbean Region is responsible for supporting and overseeing the operations of the service department. This role includes monitoring product quality, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing training initiatives throughout the region. The Assistant Manager also participates in internal improvements related to data management, reporting, departmental activities, and projects.
Responsibilities
- Collect field quality information from dealers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide feedback on quality issues to factories and development departments.
- Respond to inquiries from dealers (DLRs).
- Review and judge warranty requests from dealers.
- Support service-related activities, including service training and service events.
- Offer technical support to help dealers resolve issues.
- Improve and optimize dealer service operations.

Requisitos
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Data analysis or related field.
- Age: 25-35 years old.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Experience in the automotive industry is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of automotive service operations.
- English proficiency is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capability to travel (up to 2 times per month; expenses covered by the company).
- Excel and PowerPoint skills for data analysis and visualization (pivot tables, formulas, charts, presentation slides, etc.)
- Experience working with data, reporting, and process improvement.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive and structured working style.
- All nationalities are welcome, with valid working permits.
- Driver's License is required.
